  1. I understand that the Bar Examination Application is available only to applicants who hold a valid Certification of Fitness to Practice Law in Georgia. If my Application for Certification of Fitness is pending, then I am not yet eligible to receive a Bar Examination Application.

  2. I understand that the purpose of this form is to electronically submit my mailing address to the Office of Bar Admissions so that I can receive the Bar Examination Application at the mailing address I provided above.

  3. I understand that submitting this request DOES NOT register me for the Bar Examination.
