Your Fitness Application is considered ongoing until you have passed the bar examination and have been sworn in as a member of the State Bar of Georgia. You must submit an amendment within thirty (30) days of the occurrence of any event which would change any answer on the Application. All updates must include your social security number and your current daytime phone number. Failure to file a timely amendment may result in denial of certification or withdrawal of a previously issued certification. Only Exception: You are not required to amend with monthly changes to credit account balances.

Address and phone number changes must be submitted in writing immediately.
