All amendments must be typewritten. You may also submit your amendment in the form of a letter.

Your Fitness Application is considered ongoing until you have passed the Bar Examination and have been sworn in as a member of the State Bar of Georgia.  You must submit an Amendment within thirty (30) days of the occurrence of any event which would change any answer on the Fitness Application. Only Exception: You are not required to amend your Fitness Application with monthly changes to credit account balances.  

You must submit name, address, and phone number changes in writing to the Office of Bar Admissions immediately.

All amendments must be typewritten and dated, and include your signature, Social Security Number, and your current daytime phone number.  Failure to file a timely Amendment may result in denial of certification or withdrawal of a previously issued certification.
