All fingerprint submissions are handled by Gemalto Cogent. Those who are residing in or physically present in the State of Georgia may register and have their fingerprints electronically submitted at a Georgia Applicant Processing Services (GAPS) location in Georgia. Those who are out-of-state must register with Gemalto Cogent and submit paper fingerprint cards directly to Gemalto Cogent. Results of the fingerprint scan will be sent to the Office of Bar Admissions.
