GEORGIA OFFICE of BAR ADMISSIONS

Recent Law School Graduates

Recent law school graduates do not qualify for Provisional Admission until (1) they have received final certification of fitness to practice law by the Board to Determine Fitness of Bar Applicants (meaning that they have received certification that is not "temporary"), and (2) the Office of Bar Admissions has received an original letter from the graduate's law school dean or the dean's designee certifying that the graduate is competent to practice law under supervision. The letter from the dean or the dean's designee certifying the graduate's competence to practice under supervision must be emailed to procisionaladmissions@gasupreme.us and it is the recent law school graduate's responsibility to contact the dean's office of their law school to cause the appropriate letter to be sent.
