Laptop registration is now open for the February 2026 Bar Exam

Applicants who have registered to sit for the February 2026 Bar Exam can now register a laptop with ExamSoft. Registration will remain open until February 2 at 4 p.m.

Applicants who registered to sit for the Bar Exam by January 13 received an email that morning from no-reply@examsoft.com with laptop registration instructions. The email was sent to the address each applicant provided to the Office of Bar Admissions, and the email was titled "IMPORTANT: Installation & Registration Instructions for the Georgia Bar Exam." Applicants should check their spam folder before calling ExamSoft at the number below to inquire about the instructional email.

Applicants who registered to sit for the Bar Exam between January 13 and the final registration deadline (4 p.m. on January 15) will receive the instructional email from ExamSoft on January 20.

Applicants who fail to register their laptop and take the mock exam by the February 2 laptop registration deadline will have to handwrite their answers.
